Procedures for passengers on departure

It is highly recommended that passengers arrive at the airport on time and verify well in advance the date of expiry and the type of document required to enter the contry of destination.
At the time of booking, it is also important to report any passengers with special needs: children under two years of age, people with reduced mobility, etc.
Before boarding, passengers must check-in at the check-in desk located in the departures area.
At check-in, passengers will be asked for a paper or electronic ticket or a reservation and a valid ID (for extra EU flights a valid passport is mandatory).
Baggage will be weighed, tagged and checked in. After baggage has been checked in, passengers not web checked-in are provided with a boarding pass with which they can proceed through security checks.
