Airport Regulations

Included in the Airport Regulations, drafted by the Aerodrome Operator (So.Ge.A.P. S.p.A.), are the rules and procedures in force to ensure the correct use of infrastructures and facilities, in compliance with the targets of safety and effectiveness of service.
Compliance with the rules and procedures contained in the Airport Regulations, together with the Aerodrome Manual, Safety and Security procedures and any provision of ENAC, is required by everyone operating in the airport for whatever reason.
Procedures and rules reffered to in the above-mentioned documents, excepted the emergency plans, are to be considered part of the Airport Regulations.
Relationships established in application of the Airport Regulations are governed by Italian law.
Legislative provisions and administrative regulations in force apply to all aspects not covered in this document.
